We are delighted to announce that QIF II will make its third investment by acquiring an intereset in Management Drives in mid-January 2019. 

Management Drives is a SaaS company, with unique software, its own consultants, and certification from external professionals. With its software products, the company focuses on organisational development, effective team collaboration and improving leadership. The Management Drives software measures what drives people and provides insight into what motivates a team or a person. This makes it possible to predict how that team or person will use their knowledge and competences. All information is displayed in six colours. Each colour represents a certain style of leadership or corporate culture. Its customers are primarily international blue chip companies and governments.
