With the collaboration with Optegra as a new co-shareholder, Quadrum Capital guarantees the continued growth and further development of Iris Eye Clinics from Boxtel, which has been part of the portfolio of Quadrum Investment Fund IV since 2023. 

Optegra has completed more than one million eye procedures from more than 40 eye clinics since its establishment in 2007 and has a strong presence in the UK, Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. Optegra is leading in operational excellence, surgical quality, delivering a high-quality patient journey and digital innovation, including the use of artificial intelligence and state-of-the-art equipment. 

Iris Eye Clinics has a strong position in the south of the Netherlands and, like Optegra's eye clinics, provides ophthalmic care and refractive and cataract surgery. With the knowledge and skills of Optegra, Iris Eye Clinics can actively shape the innovation and growth necessary to continue to serve patients at the highest and most progressive level. 

Strengthening presence in the eye care domain
With this new collaboration, Quadrum Capital strengthens its presence in the eye care domain, which, in addition to Iris Eye Clinics, consists of LensOnline, Rockmed and ClearVision.
