After an intense process, the shareholders of BrilGroup and ClearVision Group have joined forces. The new group will continue together under the name ClearVision Group. 

Both parties are established names in the optics and audiology world. BrilGroup, a participatiom of Quadrum Capital since 2023, has grown into a group of more than twenty optical stores in the Netherlands and Belgium. 

Since its founding in 2022, ClearVision Group has rapidly built up a strong market position in the Netherlands and now consists of more than 15 stores. The joining of forces offers new possibilities and strength to help independent opticians and hearing care professionals grow - while retaining autonomy. 

At ClearVision Group, the entrepreneur charts his or her own course. ClearVision Group facilitates the collaboration, innovation and joint purchasing power needed to remain competitive in the market and helps entrepreneurs create new opportunities and possibilities for growth. ClearVision Group thus offers independent opticians and hearing care professionals in Belgium and the Netherlands a powerful alternative to large chains.

With this merger, Quadrum Capital strengthens its portfolio in eye care in the Benelux, which, in addition to ClearVision Group, consists of Rockmed, Iris Eye Clinics and LensOnline.
