20 April 2023 - Quadrum Capital has taken a majority share in Siebert & Wassink and Ventiv Engineers. Current shareholders, including Managing Director Tom Kleizen and founders Johan Siebert and Joris Wassink, will remain shareholders in the group. With Quadrum Capital as a strategic partner, Siebert & Wassink and Ventiv Engineers aim to accelerate their growth ambitions in a responsible manner. Siebert & Wassink and Ventiv Engineers is part of Quadrum Investment Fund IV.
Since its establishment almost 25 years ago, Siebert & Wassink has become a renowned and leading player in the field of recruitment & selection, assessments and organisational advice in the north and east of the Netherlands. Ventiv Engineers supports and unburdens innovative and industrial organisations with technical issues by project-based deployment of highly trained technical professionals. The current shareholders, including Managing Director Tom Kleizen and founders Johan Siebert and Joris Wassink, will remain shareholders in the group. In addition, Thijs Winkel (Commercial Manager S&W), Martijn Baas (Branch Manager Ventiv Hengelo) and Bart te Focht (Branch Manager Ventiv Arnhem) also join as partners within the organisations.
