Sigmax's ICT division to continue as an independent company
As of 8 March, the IT division of Sigmax in Enschede will continue as an independent company under the leadership of new management drawn from its own ranks: Robbie Mulders and Ronald Vehof. Halfway through this year the company will continue under a new name and at a new high-profile location on the Kennispark in Enschede. Until then, the organisation will operate from its current location under the name Sigmax IT Specialists.
An ideal starting position for the future
Under the umbrella of its parent company Sigmax, the division has been providing IT solutions and services to larger SMEs since 1998. According to the CEO of Sigmax, Leo van den Ende: ‘By investing a lot in people, knowledge and technology, Sigmax IT Specialists has become a strong player in the Eastern part of Netherlands in recent years. In order to be able to expand this position, the organisation must continue to develop at the highest level. With the privatization of the division and with Quadrum Capital on board as an entrepreneurial investment company, Sigmax IT Specialists has the ideal starting position to do that and to realize its own ambitions. As the founders of the division, we are very happy with that.’
Arjan Hoop, Partner at Quadrum Capital: ‘Sigmax IT Specialists is a pearl in the field of IT services, with the potential to grow into the leading player in the business strategic use of IT. It is a mature, professional organisation with 80 motivated employees. We are standing behind them with our expertise and our network in order to shape the company's further development.’
