TLS Matco in QIF II
TLS Matco is a Dutch manufacturer of pallet wrapping machines, with branches in Waalwijk, Deventer and Gevelsberg (North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany) and a total of 55 employees. Under three of its own brands (Matco, Borst and Mustang), it offers a broad portfolio of machines ranging from high-end solutions to cheaper solutions and from semi-automated pallet wrappers to fully integrated and fully automatic wrapping machines. TLS Matco is strongly represented in the Benelux. Outside this region, there are opportunities for growth in the coming years.
The end of the negotiations and the final closing at notary Zuidbroek in Amsterdam were celebrated with a well-deserved glass of champagne.

In preparation for the intended closing, the parties involved spent several days in China to visit the joint venture partner.
