The Trainee Company

In June 2023, the companies GoodtobeBetter, Fincade and STRADIS joined forces and continued under one, new name: The Trainee Company. Traineeships in IT, Finance and Healthcare are offered, and in the near future this will include the Data traineeship.

The Trainee Company consists of over 200 employees and trainees and aims to become the biggest trainee company of The Netherlands when it comes to building bridges between graduation and the start of a successful career. The Trainee Company focuses purely on trainees and knows exactly what this target group needs in terms of guidance and training. An intensive process that requires expertise and is often difficult for employers to set up, while the demand for young talent is constantly rising. The TTC does this with unbridled enthusiasm and a lot of personal attention.
